How do I register for an event?
Open an event, compare its available categories, select the category that fits you, and choose Register. You can review the selection in your sports bag before completing payment.
What does Payment Pending mean?
Your category has been selected but payment is not complete. Open the pending registration or your sports bag to continue checkout before registration closes or capacity is filled.
Where can I see my confirmed registrations?
Sign in and open your player profile. The registrations area shows pending and confirmed event registrations, payment information, and available next actions.
How do virtual events work?
A virtual event lets you participate from an eligible route or location during the published event period. Follow the organizer's rules and upload any requested activity evidence before the deadline.
How will I receive a certificate or medal?
Availability and fulfilment depend on the event and category. Eligible certificates appear through the registration experience, while medal delivery may require a verified delivery address and completion evidence.
Can I cancel a registration or get a refund?
Cancellation, transfer, and refund eligibility are set by the event-specific policy and applicable law. Review the event rules and contact support with your order reference if you need help.
