1.Agreement and operator
These Terms govern access to Stepout2play and its sports-event discovery, registration, payment, profile, result, certificate, media, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.Eligibility and minors
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you cannot consent independently under applicable law, a parent or lawful guardian must create or authorize your account and approve event participation.
A guardian who approves a minor's use accepts responsibility for the minor's activity, registration information, payments, and compliance with event requirements.
3.Accounts and player slugs
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Keep OTPs and account access confidential and notify support promptly of suspected misuse.
- Use a player slug that does not impersonate, mislead, infringe rights, or contain abusive or unlawful material.
- Do not create accounts for another person without authorization or use automated means to access the service.
4.Our role and organizer responsibilities
Stepout2play provides technology that helps users discover and register for sports activities. Unless an event page expressly identifies Stepout2play as the organizer, the listed organizer is responsible for the event, including its accuracy, format, eligibility, schedule, venue, safety arrangements, fulfilment, prizes, results, and event-specific policies.
Organizers must have authority to publish their events, provide accurate information, comply with applicable sports, safety, consumer, tax, and data-protection requirements, and promptly communicate material changes.
5.Registrations and event rules
A registration is subject to availability, eligibility checks, successful payment where required, and organizer rules. Adding a category to your sports bag or receiving a pending order does not guarantee a place. Confirmation occurs only when the service shows the registration as confirmed or registered.
You are responsible for reviewing dates, deadlines, venue or virtual-participation requirements, age and gender categories, equipment, evidence rules, and organizer instructions before registering.
6.Prices, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices and applicable charges are shown before payment. Payments may be processed by third parties and be subject to their terms. You authorize the displayed charges when you confirm a purchase.
Cancellation, transfer, postponement, and refund eligibility depend on the event-specific policy and applicable law. Unless required by law or expressly stated, platform or processing fees may be non-refundable after successful processing. If an organizer cancels or materially changes an event, its published policy will apply, and Stepout2play may facilitate communications or refunds without assuming the organizer's independent obligations.
Please contact support before disputing a transaction; this does not limit rights available under applicable law.
7.Sports, health, and safety
Sports and outdoor activities involve risks, including injury, illness, equipment failure, weather, traffic, venue conditions, and interaction with others. Assess your fitness and experience, obtain medical advice where appropriate, use suitable equipment, follow safety instructions, and stop if you feel unwell or unsafe.
Stepout2play does not provide medical advice or guarantee that an event is suitable for you. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
8.Virtual events and participation evidence
For virtual activities, you are responsible for selecting a lawful and reasonably safe route or location. Organizers may require evidence within a stated period and reject incomplete, manipulated, duplicate, unsafe, or late submissions.
Results, rankings, certificates, medals, and rewards remain subject to verification and organizer rules.
9.Acceptable conduct
You must not:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or endanger another person.
- Cheat, falsify results or eligibility, manipulate registrations, or misuse discounts and rewards.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
- Probe security, introduce malware, scrape at unreasonable scale, bypass controls, or disrupt the service.
- Use Stepout2play for unauthorized advertising, resale, gambling, or unlawful activity.
10.Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Stepout2play a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, and show that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service and event experience, subject to privacy choices and law.
You confirm that you have the required rights and permissions. You may request removal, although copies may remain where legally required or where content forms part of a legitimate event record.
11.Stepout2play content and intellectual property
The service, software, visual design, branding, and platform-created content are owned by Stepout2play or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other licence is granted.
12.Availability, third parties, and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, networks, payment systems, organizers, weather, public authorities, and other factors may affect availability.
Third-party organizers, payment providers, maps, social networks, delivery providers, and linked services operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
13.Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, comply with law, address security risks, enforce these Terms, or prevent material harm. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to outstanding transactions and lawful retention requirements.
14.Liability
Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of law, or other responsibility that cannot be limited. Subject to those exceptions and consumer law, Stepout2play is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for an organizer's independent acts, event cancellation, participant conduct, or third-party service failure.
15.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India.
Please first contact support@stepout2play.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
16.Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as features, business arrangements, or laws change. We will publish the new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
