Indian Grandmaster R Praggnanandhaa has won the Grand Chess Tour St. Louis Rapid & Blitz title, sealing the crown with a round to spare after drawing Javokhir Sindarov in the penultimate round on Thursday.

The 20-year-old finished on 23 out of 35 points, 1.5 points clear of the rest of the field. The draw against Sindarov was enough to confirm the title before the final round, giving Praggnanandhaa another significant success in 2026.
