Golfer Krishiv Tekchandani Launches XII NOON Watch Venture
Indian golfer Krishiv Tekchandani has begun an entrepreneurial venture beyond the course, entering the ultra-luxury watch market with XII NOON. The 19-year-old, who has won more than 100 trophies across international competitions, is pursuing the project alongside his continuing interests in golf, academics and philanthropy.
XII NOON is focused on limited production, craftsmanship and exclusivity, with plans to make only 45 timepieces a year. Tekchandani said the venture is intended to establish a globally recognised ultra-luxury house of Bharat origin while placing purpose alongside rarity and craftsmanship.
The move represents a new chapter for a golfer who first drew attention at a young age through his achievements in the sport. It also underlines how Tekchandani is seeking to apply the discipline and focus developed through competitive golf in a business setting.
From golf achievements to a limited-production venture
Tekchandani’s sporting record includes more than 100 trophies from international competitions. Alongside golf, he has continued to pursue academic and entrepreneurial interests, studying at the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School.
His new business, XII NOON, has been positioned in the ultra-luxury segment rather than as a mass-market watch operation. The planned annual output of 45 timepieces is central to that approach, reflecting the venture’s emphasis on limited availability and exclusivity.
“My vision is to build a globally recognised ultra-luxury house of Bharat origin, producing only 45 timepieces a year. XII NOON is made with Bharat, for the world. It is not made for everyone, but created for those who value rarity, craftsmanship, exclusivity and purpose. For me, this journey is about building luxury with purpose,” Tekchandani said.
The entrepreneur’s path has developed alongside a public profile built through golf. Having competed and won at international events, Tekchandani is now broadening his work beyond sport while retaining the focus on achievement that shaped his early career.
Social initiatives remain part of the story
Tekchandani has also used his profile to support social causes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he donated his entire prize money towards a vaccination drive for blue-collar workers at his golf club.
He also urged young people to donate blood before receiving COVID-19 vaccinations, pointing to concerns that blood donations could fall during the vaccination period. Those efforts reflected his attempt to encourage social responsibility among young people while continuing his competitive sporting journey.
XII NOON is set to carry a similar social-impact element. According to the venture, a percentage of its earnings will be dedicated to supporting widows of Indian Army soldiers. The commitment places a charitable component alongside the brand’s focus on luxury watchmaking and limited production.
Combining sport, business and philanthropy
For Tekchandani, the launch of XII NOON brings together several strands of a journey that began on golf courses at a young age. His career has included competitive success, academic study, social initiatives and recognition on social media and in publications including Forbes.
The watch venture now gives the 19-year-old a platform outside golf, with a stated ambition built around a small annual production run and an emphasis on purpose. While his sporting achievements remain a key part of his profile, the move into entrepreneurship signals his effort to build a career combining sport, business and philanthropy.
As XII NOON begins its planned run of 45 timepieces per year, Tekchandani’s transition will be defined by whether he can translate the discipline associated with his golf career into the ultra-luxury sector, while maintaining the social commitments he has highlighted publicly.
